My bio
Hi, I’m Christina Goodson and I represent Stillwater High School in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I’m Jewedi-Natachi (Oto-Missouria) and Bah-Kho-Je (Ioway) Native American tribes and my culture is very important to me. I’m pretty involved at my high school. I was Vice President of the Indian Student Association my junior year and will move up to President my senior year. I’m also involved in the high school’s Young Democrats organization and have helped out with many of the events they put on. In addition to being involved with the YD’s at the high school, I am a member of the Payne County Democrats. As you can probably tell, I love politics. I’ve been surrounded by it ever since I can remember and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Aside from my deep abiding love for politics, I like to stay involved in Amnesty International and Invisible Children. Other interests I have include, but are not limited to: anything Boston-related (Red Sox, Celtics, Pats, Boston College, BU, etc.), Kansas Jayhawks, music, Harry Potter, nerdy space stuff, the Kennedys, and the list goes on. After high school, I hope to attend KU, Boston College, Georgetown…or which ever school gives me the best deal 🙂 I’m teetering between writing about politics and getting into politics and I hope this conference helps me try and make a decision. I hope to meet a lot of new people and create lasting friendships.
